About delivery

Delivery Period

Shipping times vary depending on the product ordered, so please check each product's details page.
For pre-order items, delivery will be after the release date.

※For products where the shipping date is not specified on the product details page, if payment is by credit card, items will be shipped within approximately 10 business days after order confirmation. If payment is by convenience store, items will be shipped within approximately 10 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends, holidays, New Year's, and summer holidays).
※Please note that this refers to "shipping" and not "arrival," so the actual number of days until delivery will vary depending on your residential area and transportation conditions.
※If products with different estimated shipping dates are ordered at the same time, all items will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.
※For merchandise sold at concerts or events, delivery may take more than 10 business days depending on stock availability.

Please note that delivery may be delayed for the following reasons:
・If there is a high volume of orders
・If an item is temporarily out of stock
・If delivery is impossible due to force majeure such as weather conditions
・If there is a delay in product manufacturing
・If there are deficiencies in the order or payment, such as overpayment or underpayment
・If shipping operations are temporarily suspended due to summer holidays, New Year's holidays, or long consecutive holidays

Shipping Confirmation

Once shipping is complete, a shipping notification email will be sent as support information; please check it.
By clicking the "View Order" button in the email, you will be taken to a page listing the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number."
Clicking the "Tracking Number" will take you to the shipping carrier's inquiry site where you can check the shipping status.
If you are a registered member, you can also log in via "My Page" and check the "Shipping Carrier" and "Tracking Number" from the relevant "Order History."

Shipping Carrier and Delivery Method

Delivery will be made by either Sagawa Express, Yamato Transport, or Japan Post. You cannot specify a shipping carrier.
※We cannot accommodate specific delivery dates, delivery methods, or special packaging for gifts.
※Orders cannot be placed for pickup at a shipping carrier's office, post office, or convenience store.

Combining/Splitting Shipments

We are unable to combine or split shipments of products after an order has been placed.
Items ordered simultaneously will be shipped together once all items are available, and items ordered separately will be shipped separately.

Shipping Fees

Domestic shipping within Japan
Standard shipping: 990 yen / Okinawa only: 2,200 yen (tax included)
Nekopos: 550 yen (tax included)
・If "Nekopos eligible product" is stated on the product detail page, you can select Nekopos delivery.
・If "Nekopos eligible product" is not stated on the product detail page, only standard shipping is available, so please be aware of this in advance.

International shipping
The amount varies depending on the country and region. Please check the payment page.
※Our store adopts the DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) method.
Customs duties, import taxes, and taxes (VAT) may be incurred upon receipt if the package arrives in the destination country/region/state, and these costs will be borne by the customer.
※Please comply with all laws and regulations stipulated by the destination country/region/state.
※Customs clearance conditions vary depending on the destination, so please contact the relevant customs authority for details.

Receiving Your Order

If you are not at home when your order is delivered, please follow the instructions on the delivery notice left by the shipping carrier to receive your product.
If you fail to receive the product within the storage period, it will be returned to 山下達郎 ONLINE SHOP.
Please contact us via the dedicated inquiry form on the "Frequently Asked Questions" page within 2 weeks of the return.
Orders will be canceled if two months have passed since the return.
※As a general rule, refunds will not be issued for cancellations.
※The round-trip shipping costs for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
※If there are repeated cases of refusal to receive, long-term absence, or re-shipment due to customer convenience, your use of our service may be restricted. Please ensure you receive your products.
